This website is operated by Zeus Liftwear. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Zeus Liftwear.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products and pricing
We try to display our products and colours as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays colours accurately. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices, descriptions and product availability at any time without notice. Occasionally a product may be incorrectly priced; if so, we may cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price, even after an order is confirmed.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Shipping and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the ACL or any other law where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on this website — including the Zeus Liftwear name, logo, designs, graphics, text and images — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and share it in connection with our business. You're responsible for the content you submit, and it must be lawful, accurate and not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
