Shipping policy

We dispatch all orders from Australia and currently ship Australia-wide. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales, launches or peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer — we'll always do our best to get your order moving quickly.

Shipping rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $80 AUD;
  • For orders under $80, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location;
  • Express shipping is available at checkout where eligible.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro areas: approximately 2–5 business days;
  • Regional and remote areas: approximately 5–10 business days;
  • Express: approximately 1–3 business days.

These are estimates provided by our carriers (such as Australia Post and couriers) and are not guaranteed. Delivery times can vary, particularly during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect addresses, delays and lost parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to redirect a parcel once it's been dispatched, and re-delivery for an incorrect address may incur an additional charge. If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at zeusliftwear@gmail.com and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

International orders

We currently focus on shipping within Australia. If you're outside Australia and would like to order, email us at zeusliftwear@gmail.com and we'll let you know what's possible.
